My good friend J.D. brought back a saddle for me from Nepal. It looks pretty great on my Madone, don’tcha think?
It’s a tongue of car tire rubber stretched over a 3-coil steel frame. It weighs about 6lbs, but the comfort advantage is undeniable.

We apologize for the lack of posts. Well, to be honest we’re not really sorry. It’s been a busy few weeks for us and we’ve had our hands full.
Well, to be really honest, I (Tobie) haven’t had my hands too full at all. I’ve been in the Rockies doing some of this:

And quite a bit of this:
But everyone else has been very, very busy.
We’re excited to have days and days of wonderful riding weather. The group rides are swelling and gelling. Bikes are coming in and and going out with dizzying frequency. These truly are some of the best days of the year here.

We picked up a few cool things this week.
We finally received our Brooks Dealer of Excellence Mandarin Swallow. It’s a charmer.
We’ve also been getting our carbon selection ready for the spring. New Trek Madones and Ridleys are arriving regularly. We also built up our first Speed Concept. These bikes are stunning.
And finally we present the Trek 7.9FX – the smartest fitness bike in the biz.
