Ross is the oak tree on staff. Doesn’t say much, but very solid.
When he started with us, his longest ride was less than 20mi.
Then he rode 22mi with us.
Then, weeks later, he rode 65mi on the Gravel Metric in record heat.
Then, by the end of summer, had ridden 100+ miles in “uncharted” territory (of IL).
He’s painfully polite and rather quiet, but will work himself into the dirt. He’s a good egg.
