Cobb Cycling's saddles start with a breathable, water-resistant and extra-durable microfiber synthetic-leather top for support and comfort. Their HC170 saddle is a minimal, firm and light saddle designed for aggressive racing (the "HC" stands for Hard Core). It's exceptionally light and the perfect upgrade for your featherweight road bike with its John Cobb designed polymer shell that flexes and molds to fit your body, and its pressure-eliminating cutout. It also has Cobb's "thigh guides" for maximum pedaling efficiency with no chafing from the seat's edges. The HC has minimal padding in the nose, so it is not designed for touring but for racing, where it has been proven comfortable on even 85-mile races. Please note that Cobb rarely recommends this saddle for women.
