This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling the store.
North Central Cyclery will price match an item purchased in the store at the time of purchase. If you find that SAME item IN STOCK in another store within a 60 mile radius of NCC for a lower price, NCC will sell the item to you at the matched price, after verifying the current information with the other store. This does NOT include online stores or big box stores, only independent bicycle shops.
UNCONDITIONAL BONTRAGER GUARANTEE
Bontrager maintains their "Unconditional Bontrager Guarantee". Buy any Bontrager product and try it for 30 days. If not satisfied, bring the product back to the store within 30 days of purchase and you can return the producs for exchange or store credit. 30 days to love it...if you don't just bring it back!
Most in-stock orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store for refund or store credit. Certain items are not eligible for refund, return or store credit. There are no returns on sales, closeout, clearance items or tubes, layaway items or bikes. These sales are final.
Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
We accept returns on items that are eligible for returne, within 30 days of purchase, that have not been used and remain in new condition. For bicycles, we will charge a $25 re-stocking fee. If the bike is used and/or damaged it will not be considered for a return, it will have to be treated as a "used" bike for a trade in. No returns on special order items or non-inventory items unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns on tools with open packages.
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

Bicycles are in-store pick up only for new bike purchases. If you need local delivery for a bike you purchased from NCC, please call for our delievery area and availability. For non-bicycle shipping options, please contact the store directly. Shipping and handling charges may vary because of size or weight of the item. Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
If you need a bike shipped, we recommend using BikeFlights.com . Our Shop has found this to be the most efficient and cost effective way to ship your bike. The process is super easy. Follow the link below to set up shipping for your bike. The site will walk you through the process, then a shipping label is printed. This label can be dropped off at the shop or emailed to us to print and we can affix to your box to be shipped and ship from the store. You will pay for the shipping itself through BikeFlights.
SERVICE/PICK UP OF BIKES
PLEASE NOTE: Regarding service on all bikes, ANY BIKE LEFT AT OUR SHOP OVER 6 (SIX) MONTHS FROM THE DATE IT WAS LEFT AT OUR SHOP FOR SERVICE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND REALLOCATED TO SOMEONE WHO WILL RIDE THE BIKE INSTEAD OF LEAVING AT THEIR LOCAL BIKE SHOP. Storage Fees apply
